Wonderful moorland and riverside walking unfolds from your door with footpaths through the lush rolling pastureland. This is an exceptionally beautiful area perfect for lovers of nature photography riding fishing rambling and cycling. Just 2 miles away are the twin towns of Lynton and Lynmouth connected by their unique water powered railway and the sandy beach at Lee Bay. Doone Valley the Valley of the Rocks superb coastal walks NT properties Barnstaple Minehead and Dunster are all within easy reach.

If you are after a quiet relaxing holiday then this is the place to be. There are plenty of things to do we like walking so it was brilliant that there were plenty of walks from the park to Lynton and Lynmouth and if you cant face the walk back you can get a bus back! Mrs K
