The park was well placed with great beaches nearby and lots of places to visit. Mrs G

The park was small quiet but also convenient for what we wanted. Never too far from places within the Western coastal area of Cumbria. We managed to visit Whitehaven Sea-Scale Sellafield Visitors Centre and take a trip on the Ravenglass to Dalegarth railway as well as tour the local villages all within a weekend. The park was just right for what we were looking for - keep up the good work! Mr N

For a quiet relaxing location from where you can venture out to various towns and villages this place is ideal. I would recommend getting any food etc at the start of the week from Whitehaven as the smaller local shops are a bit more expensive but are friendly and serve their purpose for milk/bread etc. A trip on the Ravenglass steam railway is a must with a nice rural pub at the end of the line to have a bit of food just a few hundred metres away.
