We had a brillaint time! The weather was perfect and the kids and dog loved the beach. The Seacote Hotel do lovely meals and we ate there most nights and one day we even had lunch as well! Brekermont the next village along has a lovely pub and do lovely meals - the pub is called The White Mare and it is very friendly and child friendly. If you want a quieter walk then go up to Tarnside Park the sister park to Seacote and the beach there is fab! Mr H

A great holiday gives easy access to northern lake district and has the best of both worlds countryside and coast whitehaven just down the coast for all your self catering needs local train station if want to limit driving. Miss L

The park is next to the beach there is no cliff to negotiate and the park is on a relativley flat site. There are lots of places to sit along the promenade so this makes it an ideal place for anyone with walking difficulties. We will definitely go back again! Mrs T

This is a great park for older children as they can access the beach without adult supervision. Mrs W

The park is a great all rounder. Most of the caravans have a sea view and we were only about 50 yards from the beach and the coastal walk was almost on our door step. The staff were very helpful the condition of the caravan was A1 and the hotel was about 200 yards away - the food was excellent and the entertainment was good. The cafe and shop was also good with great staff. The walks into the village took about 15 minutes where there is plenty of pubs a shop and the Railway Station in the village is very picturesque. The sea was lovely clean clear and very warm - a wonderful holiday for all ages! Mrs G

The caravan was fantastic and the seaview was a bonus (even in the rain). My three year old didn't want to go home and neither did we! Mrs T

For a relaxing break with unspoilt countryside and beaches St Bee's has still got a lot of old fashioned charm. Mrs W
